How Our Ushers Deliver

We begin with a site walk and seating map review, then build usher posts and radio channels. On event day we brief teams, mark lanes and rows, and set VIP paths and holds. During arrivals we split queues, assist ADA seating, and support stage timing. Throughout the event we monitor density, open overflow paths, and coordinate with security so movement stays safe and steady. After the program, we guide egress so exits feel clear and calm.
